Online Account

As a registered user, you will need to log in to www.pretiosus.co using your email address and a password of your choice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any order placed through your account will be considered valid and processed accordingly.

Terms of Operations

www.pretiosus.co, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate any of its services at any time without prior notice. All pending orders will either be fulfilled or fully refunded. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without providing a reason. Pretiosus will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of this website.

Warranty and Liability

www.pretiosus.co is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of products purchased through our platform or “Pretiosus Boutique.” We accept no liability for delays or failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms if such delays or failures are due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Copying, modifying, publishing, selling, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from this site is strictly prohibited. Damaged Products

Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, damages during transit are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with the same or a similar item (subject to stock availability). To report damage, please email support@pretiosus.co with pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If the shipment is not collected, it will be returned to us. You may request re-shipment for an additional fee of ₹250. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-shipment will only be processed after the order value is prepaid online, along with the applicable re-shipping charges.
