Shipping and Delivery Policy – India & International

At Pretiosus, we deliver across all valid pin codes in India. We have partnered with leading logistics providers to ensure that your jewelry is shipped with care and reaches you on time.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed on www.pretiosus.co are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
In case of unexpected delays in processing, our team will inform you proactively with an update on the revised timelines.

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, we will share an AWB number and a tracking link via email. You can use this link to live-track the status and movement of your shipment.

Order Delivery – India

  • Delivery within 2–3 working days for metro cities.

  • Delivery within 5–7 working days for non-metro locations.

Please note:

  • A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive your delivery.

  • Our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery process. If the OTP is not received or verified, delivery may fail.

  • If your package is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges will apply, which must be borne by the customer.

Order Delivery – International

For orders outside India:

  • Most packages are delivered within 15 days from the date of order.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.

  • In case of unusual delays, please write to us at support@pretiosus.co, and our team will assist you with the latest updates.

Shipping Charges

Within India

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • A ₹125 shipping/handling fee applies on all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

International Shipping

  • Charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • All shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Product prices and shipping fees listed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges in the destination country.

  • As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes applicable in your country.

  • Failure to clear customs or pay import duties may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Return charges (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
