Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pretiosus, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. Since jewelry and fashion accessories are often impulse purchases, we don’t want you to ever regret your decision. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent 3-step return process for eligible orders.

Instead of refunds to the original payment method, we provide a refund coupon code equivalent to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

3-Step Return Process

1. Inform Us

  • Email us at support@pretiosus.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include the product name and images of the item.
  • Once approved, we will guide you with the next steps.

2. Return the Product

  • After return approval, ship the product back to us within 5 days of confirmation.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in good condition.
  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.

3. Refund Coupon Code

  • Once we receive your return and complete the quality check, a coupon code equal to the product value (after applicable deductions) will be issued within 3 working days.
  • This coupon code can be used for future purchases and will remain valid for 1 year.
  • Order Cancellation
  • Orders are generally processed within 2 hours of placement.
  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • For COD orders, we confirm before dispatch.
  • Prepaid order cancellations (before shipping) are refunded as a coupon code or to your original payment mode (after deducting 5% payment gateway charges).
  • Refund Policy
  • Mode of Refund:

  • Refunds are issued only as a coupon code with 1-year validity.

  • Coupon codes are one-time use and cannot be re-applied to another order.

  • Deductions & Conditions:

  • ₹250 will be deducted for unaccepted prepaid orders (forward + reverse shipping).

  • For offers with free shipping, ₹125 will be deducted towards shipping charges.

  • Refund codes can only be re-issued up to two times for any order.

  • If an order placed with a refund coupon code is returned, only a maximum of 2 replacement codes will be issued tracing back to the original order.

  • Token amounts paid for COD orders are non-refundable. If the token exceeds ₹250, the excess will be issued as a refund coupon code.

  • Damaged/used products or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refund Timeline

  • Refund coupon codes are processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.

  • Only one coupon code can be applied per order; discount codes cannot be combined with refund codes.

  • Damaged Products
  • Every Pretiosus piece undergoes multiple levels of quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases, products may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Inform Us Within 48 Hours

    • Send us an email at support@pretiosus.co with unboxing pictures or a video clearly showing the damage.

  2. Reverse Pickup (India Orders Only)

    • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.

    • Please keep the package ready; failure to hand over the item may lead to cancellation, requiring you to ship the item at your own cost.

  3. Resolution

    • After verification, we will either send a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue you a refund coupon code equal to the product value.

    • Refunds to the original payment method are not available in damage or replacement cases.
